Having actively worked in more 40 countries to help mayor global companies to connect better to consumers, Christophe has come to the conclusion that facts and rationality will only move us when they are wrapped up in emotions and have deep personal relevance that can transform us. He is a Belgian born South Africa now living in France from where he leads the innate motion company.

Elizabeth Brooks began her career as a music lover and club DJ and quickly moved into the media/content business as a marketing and A&R executive at major record labels including Universal, Virgin, and Sony. In 1999 she decided that "the next big thing" in music was technology, and joined then fledgling Napster as its head of marketing, building the brand to over 70 million users. Since then Brooks has served as a marketing executive at the EVP and CMO level and as an advisor to startups primarily in the Internet, social networking, mobile, and media spaces. She focuses on branding, consumer strategy, business modeling, and team management.

Tátil Design is considered one of the major agencies in the country specialized in brand creation and development, point-of-sale strategy and creation of relationship platforms in the Brazilian market, which, therefore, plays a key strategic role in the communication efforts of the companies it serves.
In 2007, Fred Gelli participated as a chair member of the Packing Design category at the D&AD Global Awards. In 2008, he participated as part of the jury in design category’s debut in the 55th Cannes Lion Publicity Festival, with the subcategories of Packaging Design, Brand Identity and Environmental Design.
Fred Gelli is also an undergraduate professor of the Industrial Design and Visual Communication department at Puc-Rio, in which, in 2008 he introduced a new course: Sustainable Design. Furthermore, he frequently participates as speaker of various seminars on the topic of Brand building.

Joe, after almost 40 years in advertising at such wonderful groups such as Burnett,Y&R,D'Arcy and McCann Worldgroup has moved into teaching and consulting. Dr Plummer is adjunct professor in the Columbia Business School. Joe is an Associate at OlsonZaltman Associates. He is also on the board of Media6degrees, Zogby International, C3Research, and Adaqube. He is co-author with Steve Rappaport of The Online Advertising Playbook written in 2007.

Previously responsible for the global marketing leadership of Coca-Cola, the world’s most recognizable brand, Steve’s industry experience ranges from food and beverage to consumer electronics to construction services and renewable energy. He’s made unexpected design differentiation a leading element of each of the brands he has managed. Steve works closely with architects and interior designers to ensure that new product designs and graphic concepts integrate well into the emerging design direction of both consumer and commercial spaces.
