E.B.Privacy Policy

1. Policy. EB’s Privacy Policy covers EB’s treatment of personal or personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that may be collected when you are on the EB Site and when you use EB’s services. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that EB does not own or control, or to individuals that are not under EB’s supervisory control.
2. Collection and Use of Personal Information. EB may collect Personal Information when you use certain services on the EB Site or when you visit cookie-enabled web pages. 5. Encryption. All user account pages are protected with Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) encryption. All user accounts must be accessed with usernames and passwords. You are advised not to share your username and password with any other person.
6. Amendments. EB reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. EB will contact registered users by e-mail, and shall also post a notice of changes on its Site, when and if the terms of this policy are amended.

Disputes

If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, you, by using the Site, agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of New York, City of New York.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold EB, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post or transmit through your use of the Site, including your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.

Modifications

EB reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site.
